Backstroke Turns

Backstroke turns were an issue at the last meet. Here are a couple of good videos to illustrate the technique. If you find you are still too far from the wall after your roll, make the pull stroke longer and slower, and scull your hand back and forth. Practice this as much as you can this week before the County Championship meet on Saturday, August 1st. See Coaches John, Jamie, or Frank if you have any questions.
